Black History Month 2022 Threads
Back in October, for Black History Month in the UK, I published a different thread on Twitter every day of the month about Players, who have been part of a long & distinguished line of Black Representation at West Ham United. In these threads, I took the opportunity to choose players who made history by playing for the club, those who have had a positive impact off the field and those who are seeking to tackle the racial injustice in the game today.
Whilst I spoke about 36 players in detail in these threads, there are so many other players who I did not include. But this just shows the volume of Black representation that West Ham United can boast, from its first-ever black player, Fred Corbett, who represented the club in their first ever season as West Ham United, through to Divin Mubama, who is the most recent black debutant, who represented the club in the Europa Conference League last month in the tie against FCSB and scored.
Listed below are the links to all 31 threads I composed. All you have to do is click the link and read away. I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoyed writing them. I apologise it's taken me so long to accumulate them all in one place to make it easier to read.
